Safety

For 335 days 5 hours 5 minutes 56 seconds, We have been Accident Free!

Industrial Automation maintains a comprehensive safety program designed to meet and exceed industry standards, ensuring a safe work environment for all employees. Our program is fully compliant with ISNetworld (ISNET) and KPA safety requirements and is reinforced through active participation in the North Dakota Safety Council. Employees receive thorough safety training covering hazard recognition, proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), lockout/tagout procedures, and safe equipment operation.

Regular audits and inspections are conducted to maintain compliance and address potential risks proactively, fostering a culture where safety is integral to every project and operational task.

Our team also follows the BasinOne Way safety philosophy, emphasizing personal accountability, teamwork, and proactive hazard prevention in all oilfield and industrial environments.

In addition to general workplace safety, Industrial Automation emphasizes emergency preparedness and life-saving skills. All personnel are trained in first aid and CPR, ensuring immediate response capability in medical emergencies.

Employees working in oilfield environments also receive H2S (hydrogen sulfide) awareness and response training, including proper use of detection equipment and evacuation procedures.

By integrating these safety practices with ISNET and KPA compliance, and aligning with North Dakota Safety Council guidance and the BasinOne Way approach, Industrial Automation not only meets contractual and regulatory expectations but also ensures that safety is a shared responsibility embedded into every aspect of our operations.
